TEP teachers are leaders inside and outside the classroom. This challenging and rewarding position involves all components of curriculum design, classroom instruction, and assessment. In addition, each teacher directs one extended-day activity, and manages one whole-school program or project. Teachers participate in daily professional development through TEP’s peer-observation/co-teaching structure and attend an annual 6-week Summer Development Institute.
