► TEP recently purchased a site on Sherman Ave. (near Academy Street) in Washington Heights on which to construct a new school facility
► WSFSSH currently projects that the cost to construct the new facility will be approximately $37 million.
► TEP needs to fundraise approximately $12 million from private individuals, foundations, and corporations. The balance of the cost will be covered by a variety of sources, which will likely include either bond financing or conventional debt, as well as equity generated from the sale of New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC).
